• carrot, small dice

• garlic, smashed/dragged/minced
• stock, chix, beef, turkey or mixture of 2
• tomatoes, canned is best except end of summer
• salt and pepper, to taste
• vegetables, zucchini, yellow squash, peppers, whatever
• chicken chunks
• pasta, penne, broken spagetti, whatever
