Red Green Slaw
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 2 1/2 lbs. green cabbage, shredded
Method
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Add the cabbage and toss until well coated with the sauce. The slaw can be made a few hours in advance and kept covered in the refirgerator until ready to use.
