Low-Fat Vanilla Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup skim milk
- 3 cups skim milk
- 1 cup half and half
- vanilla beans/vanilla to taste
Method
- Mix together sugar & skim milk and simmer until dissolved about 3 minutes; cool.
- Add to milk and cream and freeze in ice cream maker.
