Bacon Coleslaw
Ingredients

1 lb. thick-sliced bacon, cut into large pieces

lemon juice

1 small cabbage, shredded

1 small red cabbage, shredded

1 small red onion, halved and sliced thin

2 carrots, shredded

8 green onions, sliced
Method

Dressing:

1 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

3 tablespoons cider vinegar

1/3 cup sugar
-
2 teaspoons celery seed
-
salt and pepper -- to taste

Mix together vegetables. Make dressing and mix into vegetables. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
