Roasted Lemon Beurre Blanc
Ingredients
- 3 Lemons, roasted (about 20 minutes)
- Make beurre blanc w/~3 T shallots,
- 3/4 cups fish stock and cold butter to
- correct consistency.
- Add strained roasted lj to taste, s and
- wp.
