Lemon Vinaigrette
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lemon juice, fresh
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup olive oil, or to taste
- 1/3 cup canola oil, or to taste
- dill, rosemary, thyme, to taste
Method
- Whisk or shake in a large jar to mix.
