Green Peas and Sugar Snaps in Sesame Dressing
Ingredients

6 cups frozen petite peas

1 1/2 lbs. sugar snap peas, trimmed

4 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed

1 teaspoon freshly ground peper

1 teaspoon salt
Method

Cook peas in boiling, salted water until almost tender, almond 1 minute. Add the sugar snaps and boil for 30 seconds more. Drain and shock cold and drain again.

Whisk together the remaining ingredients. Just before serving, mix the peas and snap peas with the dressing. ( Both the dressing and the peas can be held at room temperature until ready to mix). Taste to correct seasoning.
