Mexican Salsa
Ingredients
- 25 lbs. roma tomato
- 4 large onions, minced (or to taste)
- 1 cup minced garlic
- 10 cups cilantro, chopped
- lime juice to taste (~ 1 cup?)
- 15 jalapenos, minced
- Test for spicyness....add red pepper
- flakes if desired.
