Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. white flaky fish, mahi mahi is good
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons ancho chile powder
  • 2 jalapeno chiles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 20 flour tortillas, whole wheat is best
  • Garnish:
  • shredded white cabbage
  • Hot Sauce
  • nonfat sour cream
  • red onion, thinly sliced
  • green onion, thinly sliced
  • cilantro, chopped
  • tomato salsa
