Italian Crepes
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- s/p
- cubes of fontana
- cubes of mozzarella cheese
- chiffonade of basil
- marinara sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Make crepes by blending in blender or food processor until smooth. Allow to rest for 30-60 minutes.
- Make crepes in crepe pan.
- Fill crepes with fontana and mozzarella; top with marinara and parm.
- Heat through in 375F oven for 15-20 minutes.
