Italian Crepes

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • s/p
  • cubes of fontana
  • cubes of mozzarella cheese
  • chiffonade of basil
  • marinara sauce
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Make crepes by blending in blender or food processor until smooth. Allow to rest for 30-60 minutes.
  • Make crepes in crepe pan.
  • Fill crepes with fontana and mozzarella; top with marinara and parm.
  • Heat through in 375F oven for 15-20 minutes.
