Creamy Horseradish
Ingredients
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 large horseradish, or bottled pickled horseradish
- vinegar, to taste
- salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- Grate horseradish and place in sour cream. Taste for proper acid, salt and pepper to taste. This dish is all to taste....hot or hotter?
