Ricotta-Parm Savory Filling
Ingredients
- 3 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Reggiano, finely grated
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped finely
- 10 scrapes fresh nutmeg
