Easy Baked Tarragon Chicken
Ingredients

1 cup creme fraiche

1/2 cup dry sherry

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

4 tablespoons dried (or fresh 8 tablespoons)

tarragon, crumbled

freshly ground black pepper/salt

8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
Method

Preheat over to 350F
-
In a 13x9" baking dish stir together all ingredients except chicken. Add chicken to mixture, turning it to coat well, and arrange in one layer. Bake chicken in middle of oven 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
