Cuccidati....Stuffed Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 8 tablespoons butter, chilled, cut into small pieces
• 3 eggs, 1 whisked with 1 t water for egg wash
• 1/4 cup milk
• Icing
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 or 2 tablespoons milk
• colored sprinkles
