  • 2 tablespoons molasses
  • 1/4 cup gluten, wheat
  • 1 cup bran
  • 1/4 cup whey, protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1/4 cup flax seed, meal
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1 cup bread flour
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup oatmeal
