Chocolate Gelato
Ingredients

2 cups plain soy creamer

1/2 cup brown sugar

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

3 3 tab cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Method

Combine creamer, sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in small saucepan and bring to simmer.

Cook 3-4 minutes, or until slightly thickened, whisking constantly. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate and vanilla until chocolate is melted.

Chill 4 hours or overnight.

Freeze in ice cream maker.
