Barbeque Sauce
Ingredients

canola oil

1 large onion, minced

1 8 ounce can tomato sauce

1 28 ounce can tomatoes, with juice

3/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons molasses

1 tablespoon paprika

1 tablespoon chile powder
-
2 teaspoons liquid smoke

1 teaspoon salt
-
2 teaspoons black pepper

1/3 cup orange juice
Method
-
Cook onion in canola oil until golden. Add remaining ingredients. Boil and reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until thickened for 2-2 1/2 hours.
