Hot Fudge Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted, mileted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Method
- Melt the chocolate in a metal bowl over a pan of simmering water. Whisk in the butter and vanilla. Then the cream. Cook about 5 minutes. Use immediately.
